We are missing Jake so much today. He was the best nephew anyone could ask for. I miss everything he brought to our lives. I hope you're dancing in the sky Jakers.

Way too soon this great young man was taken from us. I was lucky enough to get to know Jake on and off the ball field. He always made everyone better and had a smile that just made you feel at ease. Jake you will never be forgotten and your memory will live on in our hearts. Coach Bergy
