Kazuko T. Krensavage was born to Seiichiro Kishimoto and Masu Kasui in Osaka, Japan. She passed away in Redmond, Washington, on Saturday, September 4, 2010. Kazuko is preceded in death by her husband Anthony Krensavage. She is survived by her loving friends.
