Levi "Bill" William Horsley was born on November 13, 1921, to Susan (née Niles) and Maxwell Horsley in Seattle, Washington. He passed away on December 17, 2010, in Shoreline, Washington. He is survived by his nieces Linda Horsley and Carol Gamm (Bend, OR), John Cocks, and David Horsley.
