James M. Louie was born on July 16, 1920 in Vancouver, British Columbia. He passed away on March 15, 2011 in Kirkland, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Virginia Louie, his sons Marvin (Jennifer) Louie, Greg (Nancy) Louie, and Gary (Cathy) Louie, grandchildren (Brian, Mark, Kevin, Jeff (Mae), Megan, Cricket), and great grandson (Tyler).
