Helen V. Stipcich was born in Albany, New York on January 8, 1919 to Gertrude and Vernon Vrooman. She passed away on April 17, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. Helen is survived by her sons Don Links, John Links, and George Links, and her daughter Catharine Links.
