Rosa Maria Chang was born on February 28, 1952 to Cassimira and Saul Ow in Nicaragua. She passed away on April 18, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her children Suling Staten, Walter Espinoza, Cindy Sandino-Chang, Stephanie Sandino-Chang, and Sherian Sandino-Chang; as well as many brothers and sisters.
