Don W. Fisher was born on July 28, 1928 to Leulla (née Chase) and Fred E. Fisher in Ballard, Washington. He passed away on May 24, 2011 in Bellevue, Washington. He is survived by his loving family, step-daughters Peggy Reynaud, Kathy Chapman, and Cheryl Strelau, as well as his sons Donald Wayne Fisher, James Lloyd Fisher, Jack Fisher.
