Lucy P. Kirkpatrick was born on October 30, 1922 in Concord, Massachusetts to Lucy Margaret (née Harvey) and George William Page. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1943 to 1946, as well as from 1951 to 1953. Lucy passed away on May 23, 2011, in Bellevue, Washington. She is survived by her loving daughter Laura Rinehart (Stephen) of Burien, Washington.
