William Roy Cupp was born on August 3, 1932 in Walla Walla, Washington to Emida (née Crowther) and Roy Cupp. He passed away on June 27, 2011 in Woodinville, Washington. He is survived by his loving children, daughter Linda Latawiec and son Brandon Cupp, as well as many other friends and family.
