Gwendolyn Carol Carter was born on March 21, 1956 in Monroe, LA. She passed away on July 4, 2011 in Redmond, Washington. Gwen is survived by her sons De'Angelo Carter and De'Shawn Carter and sister Marilyn. She will be dearly missed.
