Richard M. Queen, Jr. was born on December 16, 1962 in Anchorage, Alaska to Nina (née Somers) and Richard Michael Queen, Sr. He passed away on July 20, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his parents, Nina and Richard, his sisters Heather and Wendy, and many friends and family.
