William T. Campbell was born on June 28, 1946 in Queens, New York, to Veronica Emma (née Fogarty) and William Thomas Campbell, Sr. He passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 7, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife, Debra Campbell, his loving children Veronica Nicole Campbell, Krista Carper, Christopher Carper, Cheryl Campbell-Zwiefelhofer, Rebecca Campbell, Emily Campbell, William "Alex" Campbell, and Mollie Campbell, as well as grandchildren Addison Carper, London Duce, MacKenzie Zwiefelhofer, Peter Zwiefelhofer, and Madison Zwiefelhofer. He is also survived by his sisters Ronnie Clay and Patti Marcellus, brothers Steve Campbell and Don Campbell, as well as many other friends and family. He will be dearly missed.
