Debrea J. Shreve was born on October 5, 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She passed away on September 8, 2011 in Kirkland, Washington. She is survived by her loving parents Roland Smith and Georgia Smith, as well as many family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

I will miss you dearly. You became my friend and that was growing as we went along time. Now before I could call you and wish you a Happy Birthday I found you were gone from this place. From our talks I know you are alright and there is no more trouble heartache and pain for you anymore. I promise you to take good care of the granddaughter as you mentioned.
