Dove was born in California to Ima and David Smith. She lived in many places throughout her life. She passed away in her long time home the state of Washington. She was predeceased by her husband Richie Ortiz. Dove was survived by her two adult children Robert Mendell and Angela Bell. She also left behind other loved ones such as her sister Lori Wade and her husband Danny, her son in law Luke Sams, Melissa Waschelle, Her grand children Kenny Bell and Tamara Waschelle. Her friends and family will remember her always. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
