Cindy Burns was born on July 8, 1960 in Yakima, Washington to Loretta (née Bennette) and Paul Eugene Burns. She passed away at home in Des Moines, Washington on September 23, 2011. She is survived by her son Brent, as well as many loving family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
