Dale "Skip" R. Wheeler was born on January 11, 1953 in Wenatchee, Washington to Betty Jean (née Daniels) and Russell Arthur Wheeler. He passed away on October 9, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Wheeler, sister Dolores, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
