Was born March 28, 1958 in Grand Island, Nebraska. Passed away October 5, 2011. Daniel is survived by his brothers Michal, Douglas, Dave, and Mark Otto and sisters Patricia Otto and Mary Culver and other loving family members and friends.
Daniel will be dearly missed.
