Was bon June 29th, 1919 in Milwaukee, Wisc. Passed away October 23, 2011 in Everett, Washington. Richard is survived by his loving children Cheri Rhea, Karin Bowles, Nancy Brodie and Richard W. Kemp, Jr. and many other family members and friends.
Richard will be dearly missed!
