Derek Todd Phifer was born on December 2, 1985 in Tacoma, Washington. He passed away on November 13, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his son Gaven Miran Phifer, parents Dena Marie Phifer (Corey) Alfano and William Todd Lanka, his grandfather Leonard Phifer, sisters Cheyenne Lopa and Amanda Lanka, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
