Helena Joy B. Dell was born on October 19, 1917 in Portland, Oregon to Josephine (née Willett) and David Bottker. She passed away on November 28, 2011 in Bellevue, Washington. She is survived by her loving cousin Carol Brown, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
