Jordan Anthony Tetzlaff was born in Kirkland, Washington on April 9, 1989, to Heather (née Whitesel) and Ralph Tetzlaff. He passed away on January 6, 2012, in Carnation, Washington. He is survived by his parents Ralph and Heather Tetzlaff, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
