James LeRoy Parmele was born on February 23, 1954 to Emery and Gloria Jasckson. He was adopted by Betty Louise (née Stephenson) and William Sidney Parmele in Wichita, Kansas. He passed away on January 8, 2012 in Everett, Washington. He is survived by his loving daughter Jillian Parmele, son Jason Parmele, brothers Charles Parmele (Roxanna) and Thomas Parmele, nephews Shannon Parmele and Joshua Parmele, and niece Camryn Parmele, as well as many other family and friends.
