Born March 22, 1923. Passed away March 7, 2012 in Kirkland, Washington. Survived by her son Michael Tsigelman of Russia, daughter Meri Tsiguelman, grandson Evgueni Sloutskine, grandson Evgeny Umanskiy, grandaughter Nadezda Umanskaya of Bellevue, Washington, and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
