James Elmer Spence was born on February 16, 1932 in Anderson, South Carolina. He passed away on March 7, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his sons Frank Spence and David Spence, former wife Betty Edwards, stepson Kurt Edwards, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
