Hey bro, 4 years ago today, and it still seems like yesterday. Mom's still kickin, even if sometimes she wishes she wasn't. Jacob and Nate are 20 and 13, and are turning out to be wonderful young men, I'm a proud dad and you would be a proud uncle lol. Sues doing really well, quit drinking and changed her life, proud of her too. Kenny and Sheila are really doing great, you'd be proud of the whole Smitty clan! Guess I'll talk to you on your birthday, when once again you will be an old man hahahaha. Love you bro, and miss you every single day......

3 years gone by now bro, still miss you and love you so much it hurts. Mom isn't doing too well right now, so we are working thru that. She may be joining you soon in the next life. Uncle Joe died Sunday night from cancer, fuck I hate that word. The boys are getting big, Jacob is 19 and doing great, Nate is 12 and growing like a weed. We sure wish you were here, but we are holding down the fort!!

Dale was a person who I could always count on. He was always helpful, sincere, loyal and I respected greatly. Not always a man of many words, but the words that were spoken carried a lot of insight, knowledge and wisdom -- especially about cars and engines! I am sadden by his passing more than I realize, but he is now free of the discomfort and pain that robbed him of the person that he was these last years, and months in particular. Rest in peace my friend.
