David R. Cosby was born to Mary P. (née Bowman) and David Robert Cosby, Sr. on December 8, 1981 in Edmonds, Washington. He passed away on April 2, 2012 in Bellevue, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Candice, his mother Debbie Cosby, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
