Constance Elizabeth Beals was born to Alexandra (Sokoloff) and Laurence Delmore on March 11, 1919 in Steel Lake, Washington. She passed away at home on April 11, 2012 on Mercer Island, Washington. She is survived by her loving son Jeffrey Beals and daughter Wendy Freeman, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
