David Lee Winningham was born to Barbara Jean Stevens and Otis Winningham on August 28, 1956 in Riverside, California. He passed away on April 12, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his son Nathan Winningham, his sister Patricia Cantarini, as well as many other loving family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
