was born December 26, 1959. Passed away April 24, 2012 in Mercer Island, Washington. Jack is survived by his daughter Elisa Reverman, parents Margo and Robert Reverman, sisters Michelle Truesdale and Julie Benson also other family members and friends. Jack will be dearly missed.
