Kelsey Rose Lippincott was born to Lisa Lippincott and Kris Combs on December 23, 1994 in Kent, Washington. She passed away on April 28, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her mother Lisa Lippincott, father Kris Combs (Jamie), her sister, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

You were always there for me and now that your gone its even harder to go through things because i know if you were still here you would be there for me and help me get through this. You were always there for anybody and you got them out of there shell and you were a really amazing person. Especially an amazing older sister.
kelsey you had an old soul. I learned a lot from you in your young age. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, like I promised I would be. Please forgive me. I will miss you and so will Hulk
