Was born April 30, 1919 in Everett, Washington. Passed away May 6th, 2012 in Kirkland, Washington. Frank is survived by his son Frank Kelley, Jr. and daughter Patricia Greenstreet also grandchildren also other family members and friends. Frank will be dearly missed.
