Margaret Rose Fisher was born to Alveta (Eastabrook) and William Louis Cook, Sr. in Everett, WA on December 18, 1940. She passed away on May 16, 2012 in Everett, WA. She is survived by her loving daughter Penny Kellam, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
