A Good Man and a Good Father, was born October 30, 1921. Passed away May 26, 2012 in Redmond, Washington. Survived by his sons Richard(Marie)Zagroba and Dennis(Mary Anne)Zagroba daughter Jeanette Sandleben, grandchildren Christy Brogan(Sean), Katie Gunheim(Greyson), Dan Zagroba, Maggie(Kirk) Doran, Elizabeth Zagroba and Catherine Zagroba, great grandchildren Teresa Doran, James Doran and Peter Doran. Alfred was preceded in death by his loving wife Jennie and son Edward Zagroba and son-in-law Dana Sandleben. Alfred was a veteran of WWII, including the Battle of the Bulge, a tool and die maker, a home builder, and later a machinist for Ethicon, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, in Bridgewater, NJ until his retirement.
