Cynthia Winifred Tooley was born to Arden (Black) and Harry Whitfield Dodge, Jr., in Nuremburg, Germany on April 20, 1954. She passed away on June 16, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her significant other Mark Tooley, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
