Susanne Levy was born to Lois (hebert) and Stewart L. Cozza on October 18, 1953 in Maple Valley, Washington. She passed away on June 18, 2012 in Maple Valley, Washington. She is survived by her loving husand Dan Levy, her son, and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
