Wayne Richard Foltz was born on August 21, 1952 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Gloria Jean (Klein) and Richard Leon Foltz. He passed away on September 9, 2012 in Woodinville, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Shelly, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
