Was born June 12, 1934 in Brevard, North Carolina. Passed away September 12, 2012 in Bellevue, Washington. Survived by his wife Jean Twiggs, daughter Margaret and her husband Fran Nelson, Son David Twiggs, grandchildren Jesse and Ryan Twigs and brothers Robert Twiggs and Nathan Lehman. Thomas will be dearly missed
