Chongrack Ratsavong was born on July 6, 1977. He passed away on September 9, 2012. He is survived by his loving sisters Latsamy Gains and Manivanh Hartley, brother-in-law Mark Hartley, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
