Rex W. Rowan; Age 45, passed away September 20, 2012 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. He was born on July 26, 1967 in Sitka, Alaska and grew up in Seattle, WA.
He touched many hearts and was beloved my many in the Seattle community. His contagious smile and big heart will be missed by all.
Rex is survived by his daughter, Wanda Rowan; mother, Helen Arriola; and sisters' Alice Wright and Jamie Byrnes.
