Lewis "Bob" Robert Anthony was born on February 27, 1952 in Seattle, Washington to Mary (Jenkins) and Lewis Anthony. He passed away October 15, 2012 in Mercer Island, Washington with family at his side after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Bobs' love of Soul/R&B music was evident every Saturday night for the past 25 years as he hosted One Step Beyond on KBCS 91.3FM. His love of Seattle also extended to Tulsa, where he had lived for many years. His radio collegeus and friends fondly remember him as always being willing to help, enjoying lively conversations about the Seattle music scene and working hard. Lewis is survived by his daughter Melissa Hasler, sister Mary Benz, niece Monica, nephew Chris and other loving family members and friends. Bob will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
