Richard James Hicks was born to Stella (Patterson) and Richard James Hicks on April 14, 1950 in Ketchikan, Alaska. He passed away on November 12, 2012 in Kirkland, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Kathie Hicks, his daughter Jamie, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
