James R. Cooley was born on September 29, 1917 in Youngstown, Ohio. He passed away on November 21, 2012 in Burien, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Jackaline Cooley, daughter Verna Cooley, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
