How Did We Do?

Fred Reifschneider, 82, of Bellevue (WA) left this world on December 14, 2012. He is survived by four of his five children and his eight grandchildren. Fred lived on Long Island (N.Y.) for 75 years (in Garden City for 47 years) where he was active in the Roman Catholic Church and coached his children's teams in recreational soccer, softball and baseball leagues. He was a graduate of Garden City High School and Gettysburg College (B.A.). Fred briefly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and he sold life insurance during his entire professional life. Fred was a Mets fan to the end.


Memorial Service
A memorial service will be held at Brandenwood Sr. Apartments in Bellevue on Jan. 12. (ph.425-885-6134 for more information). He will be laid to rest on Long Island this summer.
