John X. McCarthy was born on May 23, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts, to Hannah (McLaughlin) and John McCarthy. He passed away on January 17, 2013 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Carol McCarthy, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be daerly missed.
