Elizabeth Rose Boulton was born to Sheila D. (Devine) and Foss Henry Boulton on March 8, 1956 in Seattle, Washington. She passed away on January 29, 2013 in Burien, Washington. She is survvied by her loving son David, her brother Joseph Boulton, friends Steve and Audry Malarkey, and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
