Tammi Jean Othoudt was born on March 23, 1959. She passed away on January 30, 2013. She is survived by her loving husband Jeff Othoudt, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
Tammy was a special lady who will be deeply missed. Her family and friends are in my prayers.
