Nicholas A. Campbell was born on October 20, 1981 in Everett, Washington to Cynthia Sue (Campbell) and Arthur Bernard DeLange. He passed away in Seattle, Washington on January 28, 2013. He is survived by his loving mother Cyndee Pazlar, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
