William Charles Jenkins was born on June 9, 1930 in Portland, Oregon to Margaret (Swartz) and Frederick J. Jenkins. He passed away on March 13, 2013 in Bellevue, Washington. He is survived by his loving son Artemus Jenkins, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
