Richard Warren Nicholson was born on April 18, 1935 in Portland, Oregon to Mary Natalie (Toomey) and Donald Samuel Nicholson. He passed away on March 21, 2013 in Kirkland, Washington. He is survived by his loving sisters Patricia Nicholson, Arlene Nicholson, and June MacKenzie, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
