Jo W. Cleary was born to Janet (Williner) and James Chalmers Trace on May 22, 1954 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She passed away on March 26, 2013 in Brier, Washington. She is survived by her loving husband Kevin Cleary, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
